  • Set it up as a dedicated inbox used exclusively by L&L for financial communication.

  • Keep it exclusive to L&L. We ask that this inbox not be shared with your internal team—this keeps things clean, organized, and avoids confusion.

  • Let us manage folders and filters. We’ll sort vendor, payroll, and invoice emails on our end to ensure nothing gets missed.

  • Update your vendors and CPA. Once the address is live, let them know to send all bookkeeping and accounting items there.

  • Use it consistently. This should be the go-to address for anything tied to your books—so we’re always working from the same clean thread.
